DO NOT FALL FOR PRETENCE, VOTE FOR THE RIGHT PERSON AND SECURE YOUR FUTURE…

The woeful handling of education in our state in the last 31/2 years is enough for any sincere and honest man to apologize to Rivers people and the youths especially.
For 3 years now the admission into RSUST (Rivers state university of science and technology) has been pitiful with we the students not knowing our true fate either in moving forward or remaining stagnant.
For fresh out of secondary school students who have hope of a bright future to be subjected to endless strikes and inconsistency in the academic sector is unfair.
The situation is so bad that JAMB has delisted RSUST from the list of Universities for admission. Instead of normal 4 year programs, we the children in RSUST, only graduate after 6 or 7 years since the inception of this administration and what is most annoying is the fact that RSUST is the first university of science and technology in this great nation and is in fact supposed to be the best in every way, yet we are still talking about another strike because our present Government has refused the terms of our lecturers but the Government forgets that it is not the lecturers who suffers the implications of this action but we the students who would have to read a 5-year course for 8-years or more.

If a Government that pretends to care so much about education for we the youths do not take due steps to prevent this or at least solve it before it escalades into this, we have to go through all what we have been going through and the Government isn’t bothered about our future then why should we give it support to take crucial decisions in our lives and ruin us more?

  2. Hey this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding knowledge so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
